The Latino Center of the Midlands’ Community Services and Technical Assistance (CSTA) Program has an immediate job opening for a full-time Community Services Coordinator.

The Community Services and Technical Assistance (CSTA) program provides a culturally sensitive approach to help address needs in the community. The program allows individuals and families the opportunity to access available resources to meet basic needs, get connected to legal, financial, and immigration navigation services, in order to take tangible steps towards achieving stability and self-sufficiency. The Community Services Coordinator provides direct assistance to community members seeking general help and guidance at the Latino Center of the Midlands (LCM), in addition to working with program partners and coordinating advocacy activities. The Coordinator fulfills a very important role at the center: mainly that of providing solid and consistent support to community members in need of assistance, and interfacing with partnering organizations. Employing creative thinking and providing accurate information and exemplifying courtesy at all times is a requirement of this position.
